Production manager

We are looking for an organised and efficient Production Manager to join our passionate team at Kantos, overseeing the planning and execution of concerts and projects.

Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Hybrid. Admin working from home with project delivery in Manchester and across the North West.

Contract Type: Part-time (flexible hours). 1-year fixed term contract with the view to extend based on performance and availability of funding (with 3-month probation period).

Hours: Flexible. Usually 2 days/week (15 hours), including Monday Staff Team Meeting (online) & Kantos rehearsals/concerts (often at weekends).

Salary: £28,000–£30,000 pro rata, depending on experience.

Role Overview:

You will oversee the operational planning and execution of concerts and projects, working closely with the Company Director, Creative Director, Marketing Team and our artists.

You will liaise with venues, festivals, and suppliers, coordinate schedules, and provide practical solutions under pressure. Strong organisational skills, experience in live production or stage management, and excellent communication are essential. This role calls for creativity, adaptability, and close attention to detail.
