Swansong: a choral murder mystery

A celebrated composer has died, hours before his latest composition was to be performed by his favourite choir. Now, at his funeral, that same choir are performing the piece in his memory; but all is not as it seems… Within the choir lurk suspects, each with motive and opportunity to have committed an unthinkable crime. As choral music, investigations and flashbacks reveal vital clues to the detective on the case, the audience must uncover – who murdered the composer?

Writer and director, Jonathan Ainscough, joins forces with Creative Director, Ellie Slorach, to create a ground-breaking choral murder mystery. As part of the performance, the audience will explore the hidden corners of the Victoria Baths, encountering suspicious (singing!) characters along the way, and uncovering clues to solve this musical whodunnit.
